We connect you with a certified local radon contractor. They quote and do the work.
605 Radon is a referral service for South Dakota homeowners who need radon testing or mitigation. We don't install systems ourselves. Our job is to get you to a qualified local contractor quickly.
What happens when you contact us
- You call (605) 496-9929 or send the quote form.
- We pass your request to one independent radon contractor who serves your town.
- The contractor contacts you, answers your questions and gives you a quote.
- You decide whether to hire them. There's no obligation.
How we're paid
The contractors we work with may pay us for referrals. That's how the service stays free for homeowners. It doesn't add a fee to your quote from us, and we don't take a cut of what you pay the contractor.
Who we refer to
We only refer to contractors who hold radon certification from the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) or the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB), the programs South Dakota DANR recommends. We encourage you to ask for proof of certification and insurance before work begins, and to get the price in writing.
